Give your team time on the course. The Preserve’s 18-hole, par-72 championship course offers five sets of tees, with options for a range of experience levels.

Lawn Games Outing
Gather on the terraces and lawns overlooking Rathbun Lake for cornhole, ladder ball, Golf Cornhole, Giant Jenga, Giant Tic-Tac-Toe and more. Ask about adding a referee for a group cornhole tournament.
Keep the conversation going over dinner at Harbor 72 afterward.
Team Challenge
Work through four small-group challenges before bringing everyone together. Each activity encourages communication, collaboration and problem-solving. Available in a conference room or outdoors on the Lakeview Point lawn.

Beginner Stretch
A guided, beginner-friendly stretch session gives your group a gentle break from sitting and time to unwind. Pair it with Breath Focus Class for a longer reset.
Breath Focus Class
Explore guided breathing techniques in a relaxed group setting. A simple addition to a full meeting day, on its own or alongside Beginner Stretch.
Out on the trails
Unplugged Hike
Put the phones away and head out for a guided walk. Slow down, take in the scenery and enjoy some time together away from the screen.
Make Rathbun Roast your coffee stop before heading out.
Savanna Trail Guided Hike
Explore the Savanna Trail and Lily Pad Pond on a guided hike through some of the resort’s quieter landscapes. Meet in the banquet hallway before heading out. Closed-toe shoes and bug spray are recommended.
Wine Hike
Follow the scenic Savanna Ridge Trail with five tasting stations and five wines along the way. All participants must be 21 or older.
Something to make together
Private Paint and Sip
Book a private guided painting session and choose from Artsy Initials, Sunset on the Lake, Pumpkins, Snowmen or Tulips. Ask our team about beverage arrangements when planning your session.
Camp Fire Cookout
Gather around the fire for a group cooking class and learn a campfire dessert recipe. Options include dump cake, s’mores quesadillas and Coca-Cola chocolate cake.

After the sun goes down
Night Vision Star Gazing
Spend an evening exploring the stars and nighttime wildlife with night-vision equipment and a telescope.
Night Vision Tours
See the resort after dark with night-vision and thermal equipment. Tours run in groups of three and include a night-vision group photo.
Waterpark After Dark
Ask about a private evening at the waterpark, reserved for your group after regular hours. Availability is subject to waterpark operations and advance arrangements.
Activities require advance arrangements. Our team will confirm availability, group sizes, pricing and any seasonal or weather considerations for your dates. Dining and coffee stops can be planned separately.
