Join us for our recycled craft series this summer! Today’s craft with be sun ornaments, made out of recycled cardboard. These are beautiful hung on any wall, in the window, or off a backpack.

Savanna Trail Guided Hike will be held from 12:45–3:00 p.m. Guests will meet outside the Nature Center 10 minutes early before heading out on a guided 4.6-mile hike along the Savanna Trail. Closed-toe shoes and bug spray are recommended.

A campfire cookout will be held outside the Nature Center at Honey Creek Resort from 5:30–7:00 p.m. at the campfire grill. The Nature Center is located on the east side of our main parking lot. Guests will gather around the fire to make S’mores Quesadillas cooked over the flames. This is a casual outdoor program where guests can enjoy a warm dessert and relax by the campfire. All ages are welcome. Supplies available while they last.

Program: Cornhole Tournament 
Location: Nature Center Parking Lot, the farthest eastern parking lot  
Time: 3:30-7:30

The cornhole tournament will be hosted in the Nature Center parking lot. Registration will open at 3:30. Registration is on site, and all participants must be registered by 4:30pm. Free play from 3:30-4:30, tournament play starting at 4pm. Singles tournament and doubles tournament will run simultaneously, both tournaments running single elimination. Prizes include various resort amenity passes and experiences.

Our Family Water Safety and Life Jacket Fitting Clinics answer questions about the safest practices for the entire family, teaching lifelong safety and self-rescue skills. Please come in your swimsuits and bring any personal floatation devices your family regularly uses.
